Refund policy

RETURNS

All of our pieces are made specifically for your order. At this moment refunds and returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or there was a mistake on our part.

We take exchanges only for a size substitute within a week of delivery.

In the case of a repair or damaged piece, we do not refund shipping costs and will cover damages up to a week of delivery. If we believe the item was intentionally damaged or misused we reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return. We do cover repairs up to a week after your order is delivered, and after that will charge our cost. Once your item is shipped you will be sent tracking information, as a signature is required upon delivery. O.P.P. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel or modify your order by email. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 
We do not accept international returns, repairs, or resizes. You are responsible for taxes and duties assessed on delivery.  We have no way of estimating what taxes & duties will be, as they vary from each country.  Please contact your local carrier for an accurate estimate.
