SHIPPING 

Please note all of our pieces are custom made for your order. We kindly ask for 2-3 week production time plus shipping. Each piece is made in downtown Los Angeles with love and care. 

Shipment time will reflect your chosen shipment rate. We offer complimentary ground shipping throughout the US (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico & Guam). Items will be shipped upon your selection of shipment rate at checkout. If you need a piece rushed please email us and we will do our best to accommodate. Shipments are shipped Monday-Friday excluding holidays. 

Orders over $500 require a signature, please make sure you, or someone you designate, is available to sign for delivery as you are responsible for acceptance of delivery. We are not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order ships. If your order is sent back by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you are responsible to pay for re-shipping. We do not accept customer shipping accounts.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you need a piece by a specific date please contact info@opp-jewelry.com before you place your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We value customer service and truly appreciate your support in our pieces.

Pieces are shipped via UPS with insurance covering your order based upon the value of each piece. 


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

We ship international orders via DHL Express for a flat rate of $40 USD, and $25 USD to Canada. Shipping times are approximately 4-5 business days but packages may experience delays due to customs. Customers are responsible for all tax/duties that are required when going through customs. 


We do not accept international returns, repairs, or resizes. Customers are responsible for taxes and duties assessed on delivery.  We have no way of estimating what taxes & duties will be, as they vary from each country.  Please contact your local carrier for an accurate estimate.


PAYMENTS 

We accept all major credit cards Apple Pay and Google Pay.


RETURNS

All of our pieces are made specifically for your order. At this moment refunds and returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or there was a mistake on our part.

In the case of a repair or damaged piece, we do not refund shipping costs but will cover damages up to a week of delivery. If we believe an item was intentionally damaged or misused we reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return. We do cover repairs up to a week after your order is delivered, and after that fees will be assessed on a case by case basis. Once your item is shipped you will be sent tracking information, as a signature is required upon delivery for insurance. O.P.P. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel or modify your order by email.

SIZING

WHAT IS MY RING SIZE?

If you do not know your ring size, we highly encourage having your finger sized by a local jeweler or store and asking for your US ring size. If this is not possible, please refer to the size chart and tips below. Determining your ring size is a personal preference, therefore we are not responsible for determining your side but we will do our best to help guide you. If you do not see your ring size available please do not hesitate to email us (info@opp-jewelry.com)  as we would be happy to accommodate your custom size request. 


HOW TO MEASURE AND EXISTING RING

1. Select an existing ring that fits the desired finger.

2. Measure the internal diameter of the ring (in mm).

3. Download the ring size chart HERE to determine your ring size.

 

TIPS & TRICKS 

We recommend measuring your fingers at the end of the day when they’re at their largest.

Cold weather can shrink your fingers up to half a size, so make sure they’re warm.

Alternatively, alcohol, salty foods and traveling can make your fingers swell, so refrain from measuring them after drinkies. 

Every finger varies in size, please be sure to keep in mind which finger you would like to wear your ring prior to purchasing. 


RE-SIZES 

We offer resizes for a fee. Most of our rings are not able to be resized due to the detail on the band or stones. Please email us if there are any sizing issues. 


JEWELRY CARE 

14K

All of our pieces are designed with the intention to wear, layer and stack. They will naturally show your wear over time but will not tarnish. 14k jewelry is strong enough for everyday and low maintenance is required but TLC is encouraged. To maintain shine scrub lightly with a fresh toothbrush and warm water or soak in a chemical free jewelry cleaner. You can also buff your 14K pieces gently using a polishing cloth or you may take your pieces to your local jewelry for a professional cleaning. 


STERLING SILVER 

All of our pieces are designed with the intention to wear, layer and stack, but please be mindful that natural elements and chemicals will cause silver jewelry to oxidize over time. These elements include but are not limited to air, liquids, and even skin oils and chemicals found in soap, lotions, perfumes and swimming pools. We suggest keeping your silver jewelry dry to keep it looking shiny and new. To maintain the finish of your jewelry, gently wipe your silver jewelry clean with an anti-tarnish jewelry polishing cloth.
